Ship-to-ship and ship-to-shore communications for navigation safety. The ISIDE 2.0 extension connects AIS and the Internet, with applications for recreational boating too.

A software platform supporting yachting safety and Search and Rescue, in collaboration with the Liguria District of Marine Technology and the Italian Coast Guard.

A platform for smart object virtualisation and service orchestration, using an event-driven architecture and asynchronous I/O, with a focus on scalability and fault tolerance.
07Networks · Fault tolerance
Bounded Latency Spanning Tree Reconfiguration (BLSTR) addresses single-fault recovery through time-bounded bridge port reconfiguration, eliminating the station discovery phase.
08Cities · Nature-based solutions
A project funded by the EU Horizon 2020 programme to develop nature-based solutions, bringing cities, research and industry together to address climate and water challenges.
